Cason has been manufacturing for over 60 years bobbin strippers for removing yarn residuals from tubes. Today our mission is providing smart solutions that allow to have pure yarn residuals able to be recycled and intact tubes – ready for reuse – thanks to a patented stripping process.The model B2F has been developed specifically for the removing of yarn residuals from metal spools.

The automatic process of B2F

The bobbin stripper is managed by a single operator during the manual operations of tubes loading and unloading of flanges. The B2F performs the automatic process of cleaning, washing and flanges polishing.

The operator oversees the process, thus ensuring faster, safer and more accurate operations than manual ones. In addition, the operator is free for other tasks until the process is complete.

The bobbin stripper B2F technical features

Hot air cleaning system

To clean flanged metal bobbins without damaging their surface.

Washing device

To automatically wash all spools after the yarn removal process. An ultrasonic washing system, that allows to remove grease and dust from their surface; spools and tubes are soaped and rinsed, thanks to a drying system with a warm air jet the tubes are then dried.

Flange polishing station

After each cleaning cycle, the mechanical action of a light grinding wheel allows precise polishing of the flanges; the tubes can be reused without damaging the yarns.

The possibility to process different measures of spools, all in one load.

The advantages of B2F

With bobbin stripper B2F the higher efficiency is guaranteed; it provides a performance 50% more than other type of solutions concerning the process and is guaranteed a safe reuse of flanged bobbins.
