Rewo Flexo HPO is a high speed rewinder equipped with overhead path material between the unwinder and winder, feature greatly appreciated where the highest hygiene standard are needed like in the food and medical industry.

Our mechanical designers developed a dual mode rewinding station: with the “Shaftless mode” is possible to rewind the rolls with speeds up to 600m/min and with the shafted mode, is possible to rewind and slit the rolls. The slitting group is situated under the overhead path, where the operator can ensure the correct knives positioning.

 In addition we’ve installed a web inspector to avoid waste and grant high quality standard of the rolls.
